At February 3 sitting, the bill on the necessity of providing the real estate address in the administrative areas of the communities was discussed. The RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan debated the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Local Duties and Payments and the enclosed package of the presented draft laws.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan presented initiative authored by the Government designing amendment to the RA Land Code. The goal is the creation of the necessary legislative basis for the disclosure of the lands of non-using agricultural importance and the establishment of the database.

According to the proposing amendment, the Government establishes standards of classifying the lands of agricultural importance as non-using lands and their accounting order.

The legislative initiatives debated in the second reading were endorsed.
